All payments for advertising, listing services and membership services are considered final and non-refundable, even if a listing or a membership is paused, removed, or terminated before its scheduled end.

At Habibi Ceylon, service providers offer various services such as massages, meetups, or cam sessions. Please note that Our Money Back Guaranteed for Cam applies only to Cam Shows. We do not offer refunds for any other types of services.
The guarantee only covers situations where :-
- You paid for a cam service which has a Money Back for Cam certificate.
- The cam session was not provided as agreed.
- You requested the refund within 48 hours of the payment.
Even if the service provider offers other types of services, only the cam service is eligible for our money back guarantee.
To claim your refund, please provide:-
- A link or screenshot of the Ad.
- A valid payment receipt (e.g., transfer slip).
- Screenshots of the chat history showing that the cam session was booked and not delivered.

- Disputes about appearance or photos.
